Qualified Plan Administrators, LLP (QPA), an affiliate of Lawrence & Lawrence, PC since 1997, is an employee benefit plan administration company based in Mobile, Alabama.  Our professionals provide a full range of services related to the design and administration of qualified and non-qualified plans.  We have the expertise and experience to design a plan that meets your business needs.

QPA employs three full-time and two part-time individuals who work exclusively with employee benefit plans.  Our qualified staff of personnel stays current on new legislation and rulings through continuing education programs and professional literature.  This expertise allows us to help organizations like yours stay in compliance with any new regulations.

We currently provide employee benefit consultation and administration services for over one hundred seventy-five plans.  Our reports are extremely detailed and comply with governmental regulations.  Plan documents are maintained at our office and are accessible at all times.  We are available for questions that may arise from the trustees, investment advisors, attorneys, and others involved with a plan.

Today’s complex and changing benefits legislation mandate detailed recordkeeping, accurate testing and timely reporting for employee benefits plans.  It is the Company’s ultimate responsibility as a plan sponsor to see that their plan is always in compliance with these regulations.  We help companies like yours stay abreast of these requirements.
